A DAY TO TALK & EXPLORE
Saturday 23rd January 2021
It's not always easy to know how to talk about death. Most of us avoid it. Awkwardness, fear and sadness means we tend to shy away from asking ourselves important questions.
How do we feel about dying? What are our fears and fantasies about death? How do we want to die? What happens after we die? What is it like to be with someone who is dying? What do you say? If you have been with someone who has died, how do you deal with the memory? How do you experience grief and loss?
Talking and listening, sharing our fears, about how we imagine death will be, about what we have seen and experienced, can be empowering, enlightening and reassuring.
Talking about death and dying can change our experience of living; more fully, more freely, more boldly!
Our approach is non denominational and is not based on any spiritual, philosophical or religious belief system. The workshop is open to everyone.
YOU WOULD KNOW THE SECRET OF DEATH.
BUT HOW SHALL YOU FIND IT UNLESS YOU SEEK IT IN THE HEART OF LIFE?

If you are curious about death... If you are scared of dying or of losing the people you love... If you want to explore how you feel and what your beliefs are about what happens after we die... If you have experienced the death of someone you were close to or have been impacted by someone dying... If you want to talk about your own death, even if it feels scary or strange... this workshop is for you.
